Your “me time” is precious, because you are busy working and taking care of those around you. Spending time on personal growth by seeing a counselor, or attending a seminar may seem like a luxury, financially as well as finding the time away from home. That's why I created online classes (“mental health boot camps”) that teach life skills.
- With each class you can expect to be presented with thoroughly researched coping skills that you then
- study: read about the coping skill (self-study),
- reflect on: journal on how it applies to your life,
- share: process what you learned with someone you trust.
- Memory cards will encourage you to write down your takeaways from each section.
- Colorful summary cards highlight aspects of certain skills presented.
- Videos supplement the class structure and content.
- Each class is self-paced and you get 6 months to access each class you take.
- The cost is $50 per class.
- Our team is available to answer any questions you may have and will be praying for you throughout this process.
