When you're burnt out, it can be challenging to know what you need to get to a more fulfilled life experience. A wellness assessment can help!
In preparation for your wellness assessment I will send you some questions to think through. We will schedule a one hour session to chat about your pain points and then I will give you targeted suggestions and resources to help you grow. These resources include counseling, self-paced online courses and articles I created, virtual fitness accountability groups I run, as well as books and workshops I have found to be helpful. I am sure together we can set some preliminary goals to help you go from merely surviving to thriving. |
